STUDIO POLICY

Welcome to Redefined TV Studios! Our goal is to provide a premium, professional, and creator-friendly environment for your photography, videography, and podcast needs. By booking with us, you agree to follow all studio policies, rules, and the rental agreement outlined below.

1. Booking Process

  • All studio sessions must be booked through our online system at www.redefinedtvstudios.com.

  • Bookings are available for photography sessions, podcast recordings, and studio rentals.

  • Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details and receipt. Please keep this for your records.

  • Your session time begins at the time booked—not at arrival. Please arrive on time to maximize your rental.

 

 

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Additional time, services, or equipment used during your session will be billed after your rental.

  • A Studio Assistant (optional add-on) is available to help with equipment setup and more (see Section 9).

 

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session will incur a 30% rescheduling fee.

 

 

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • You will receive access details via email and text message 3 hours before your session.

  • A Redefined TV Studios team member will meet you to grant access to the secured building.

  • Only the number of individuals submitted at the time of booking will be allowed to enter.

  • If you need to change the number of attendees, please notify us before arrival.

 

 

5. General Studio Rules

  • No loud music, disruptive behavior, or explicit music.

  • No nudity, adult content, alcohol, drugs, or smoking/vaping allowed.

  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave.

  • No pets unless pre-approved in writing.

  • No open flames, candles (unless enclosed), glitter, confetti, fog/smoke machines, or smash cakes unless approved in writing.

  • Disrespect toward staff, the studio, or other guests may result in immediate termination without refund and future bans.

  • Security cameras are active to monitor safety and access.

  • Fire extinguisher is located on the main counter.

 

 

6. Studio Use Policy

  • The studio is for creative production only: photography, videography, podcasting.

  • No general events, parties, or non-production gatherings are allowed.

  • All bookings are private.

  • Arrive no more than 10 minutes early and leave promptly at the end of your scheduled session.

 

 

7. Studio Capacity

  • Standard bookings include up to 8 people, with a maximum of 12.

  • More than 12 attendees require an event rental.

  • A $10 fee per person applies for guests over the 12-person limit.

 

 

8. Studio Lighting

  • Lighting is available by request at no extra cost: ​

  • Renters are responsible for setup unless a Studio Assistant is booked.

 

 

9. Studio Assistant (Optional Add-On)

Add a Studio Assistant during booking for help with:

  • Lighting setup (flash or continuous)

  • Camera settings support

  • Moving furniture, props, or equipment

  • Changing backdrops (required for color backdrops)

  • Additional support services coming soon!

 

 

10. Studio Backdrops

  • Standard seamless backdrops (Black, White, Gray) are included and pre-installed.

  • Colored backdrops available with a Studio Assistant add-on (subject to availability).

  • Custom backdrop colors may be pre-ordered for $100 with 7 days’ notice.

  • A $25 damage fee applies to excessively dirty or damaged backdrops.

 

 

11. Cleaning & Damages

  • Leave the studio clean and as you found it.

  • Return all furniture, props, and gear to original locations.

  • Place all trash in provided bins.

  • No shoes on furniture or the white rug.

  • Lift furniture—do not drag items.

  • $60 cleaning fee will apply if the studio is left messy.

  • You are responsible for any damage to props, flooring, furniture, or equipment.

  • Late exit past your booked time (over 5 minutes) may result in overtime or cleaning fees.

 

 

12. Equipment Responsibility

  • Handle all studio equipment (lights, stands, props, etc.) with care.

  • If unfamiliar, request assistance or book a Studio Assistant.

  • Misuse or damage will result in repair or replacement fees.

 

 

13. Content Restrictions

  • This is a safe and creative space.

  • Hateful, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content is not allowed.

  • Violations may lead to immediate session termination and booking restrictions.

 

 

14. Photographer Use

  • Clients may book with or without a photographer.

  • Outside photographers must abide by all studio rules.

  • In-house photographers are available—contact us for rates.

 

 

15. Lost or Left-Behind Items

  • Redefined TV Studios is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

  • Items found will be held for 48 hours before being discarded or donated.

 

 

16. Client Responsibility Agreement

  • The person booking is responsible for all guests and ensuring everyone follows studio policies.

  • Any damages or violations will be charged to the booking client.
