Refund Policy

At Redefined TV Studios, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair and transparent while maintaining the integrity of our booking system. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.​

Full Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your session more than 48 hours before your scheduled booking.

  • Redefined TV Studios must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issues, power outages, etc.).

Non-Refundable Bookings

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You cancel your session less than 48 hours before your scheduled time.

  • You do not show up for your booking.

  • You are asked to leave due to violation of studio policies (e.g., disruptive behavior, prohibited content, or use of alcohol/drugs).

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session within 48 hours of the original booking; however, a 30% rescheduling fee will apply.

  • Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance is allowed at no additional cost (subject to availability).

How Refunds Are Issued

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Redefined TV Studios is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
